1	Legal lees for the standard family court property settlement are between $15,000 to $35,000 for each party.		The ADS Process professional fees are (approx) 10% of the total legal fees (for both parties).
2	The majority of Legal Process cases go through the steps until they reach the Family Court hearing (last step), but most cases settle prior to the hearing!! Yes, the case settles (often close to the original ADS’ solution) but only after substantial legal lees are incurred by both parties.		The ADS Process enables the parties to settle in a short period. Solicitor fees should be much reduced to draw up tile Form 11 and Consent Orders. The total ADS plus Solicitor costs is insignificant compared to the total Legal Process fees.
3	Tile Legal Process through the family court may result in a non-communicating, bitter battle between the parties.		The ADS Process of amicable solution allows the patties to communicate and finalize the property settlement together with less bitterness and more of a spirit of cooperation.
4	Property Settlement through the Family Court Legal Process takes between 12 to 24 months. Net Assets diminish over the case period.		The ADS Property Settlement takes between 8 to 16 weeks for the full ADS Process. (I.e. longer for larger estates).
